This 5 unit apartment complex in La Crescenta included the removal of all existing grasse; weeds and small trees and installation of beautiful and vibrant drought-tolerant plants and trees, incu8idng Forest Pancy Redbud and Desert Museum trees.

The project also incorporated a decomposed granite path along Montrose Blvd. and a gravel path and patio in the enclosed garden along Rosemont Blvd. The garden was further embellished with a running water fountain.
